Terms of Service

1. Business identity

ReadyMadeVideo is a DBA/trade name of Stromation LLC. References to "ReadyMadeVideo," "we," "our," or "us" mean Stromation LLC doing business as ReadyMadeVideo.

2. Website use and service requests

The website describes real estate photography, video, drone, and related listing-media services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Package descriptions, pricing, availability, delivery targets, add-ons, and examples are informational until a specific project is accepted in writing.

3. Scheduling, access, and delivery targets

Delivery timing shown on the site is a target, not an unconditional guarantee. Delivery can depend on property access, weather, airspace restrictions, safety concerns, client responsiveness, project scope, file-transfer availability, and technical conditions. Drone work is subject to FAA rules, airspace conditions, weather, and safe operating judgment.

4. Client permissions and releases

By requesting or approving a shoot, the client represents that they have permission to grant access to the property and authorize photography, video, drone capture where lawful, and media use needed to complete the project. The client is responsible for notifying occupants, sellers, tenants, building staff, HOA contacts, or other affected parties before the appointment.

5. Deposits and payment

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, accepted packages require a 20% deposit to reserve the shoot date and production slot. The remaining balance is due before final delivery of completed media. A project is not confirmed until ReadyMadeVideo accepts the request in writing and the required deposit has been received or other written payment terms have been approved.

6. Ownership and license to delivered media

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, ReadyMadeVideo retains ownership of raw footage, project files, working files, and unused edits. After payment is complete, the client receives a license to use the final delivered media for marketing the specific listing, seller updates, MLS/NTREIS upload, social media, website promotion, and related real estate marketing for that property.

ReadyMadeVideo may use delivered media in its portfolio, advertising, social channels, and showcase materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the shoot is accepted.

7. Music, stock assets, and third-party platforms

If music, stock assets, fonts, or platform-specific templates are included, ReadyMadeVideo will use commercially licensed or authorized materials for the delivered use. The client is responsible for following the rules of MLS systems, social platforms, advertising platforms, brokerages, and any third-party site where the media is uploaded.

8. Revisions and client responsibilities

Clients should review delivered files promptly and report technical issues, missing requested shots, or export problems within a reasonable time. Revisions caused by inaccurate listing details, late requests, restricted access, weather conditions, staging changes, seller delays, or new creative direction may require additional fees.

9. No warranties

All website content and services are provided "as-is" and "as available." ReadyMadeVideo and Stromation LLC make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any specific outcome, including a property sale, a particular offer, buyer interest, social engagement, listing performance, or viewer response, will result from delivered work.

10. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReadyMadeVideo and Stromation LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, scheduling issues, delivery delays, third-party platform problems, property access restrictions, weather, airspace limitations, or use of delivered media. For any paid project, the maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Dispute resolution

Before filing a formal claim, the client agrees to contact us at contact@readymadevideo.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Dallas County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action. Small claims court remedies are not affected. These terms are intended to be governed by Texas law unless a written agreement states otherwise.

12. Updates

We may update these terms as services, pricing, booking methods, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version was last updated.
