ReadyMadeVideo is a DBA/trade name of Stromation LLC. This page explains the practical rules that apply when visitors use the website or when services are requested after booking becomes available.

1. Business identity
ReadyMadeVideo is a DBA/trade name of Stromation LLC. References to "ReadyMadeVideo," "we," "our," or "us" mean Stromation LLC doing business as ReadyMadeVideo.
2. General refund approach
Accepted packages require a 20% deposit to reserve the shoot date and production slot unless separate written terms are approved. Because listing-media work involves reserved shoot time, travel, production planning, editing, and digital delivery, refunds depend on the project stage, cancellation timing, access conditions, and whether work has already begun or been delivered.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling

| Work already captured or edited | Refunds are generally not available for completed capture, editing time, delivered files, or project work already performed. |
4. Delivery concerns
Delivery times are targets and can be affected by access, scope, weather, airspace restrictions, client responsiveness, file-transfer issues, and technical conditions. If a delivery issue occurs, the client should contact us promptly so we can correct file problems, redeliver exports, or discuss a reasonable adjustment.
5. Revisions instead of refunds
When a delivered file has a technical issue or does not match the accepted scope, ReadyMadeVideo may provide a correction, replacement export, or reasonable revision. New creative direction, new listing facts, staging changes, access limitations, or requests outside the accepted scope may require additional fees.
