ReadyMadeVideo is a DBA/trade name of Stromation LLC. This page explains the practical rules that apply when visitors use the website or when services are requested after booking becomes available.

ReadyMadeVideo is a DBA/trade name of Stromation LLC. References to "ReadyMadeVideo," "we," "our," or "us" mean Stromation LLC doing business as ReadyMadeVideo.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information that visitors or clients provide directly, such as name, email address, phone number, brokerage, property address, preferred package, listing notes, access instructions, add-ons, and message content. We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, referral pages, and general website analytics if analytics tools are enabled.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles card details under its own privacy policy, and ReadyMadeVideo does not store payment card information. Stripe states that it maintains PCI-DSS compliance for payment-card data handled through its platform.
6. Property media and listing information
Real estate media can include the property address, exterior views, interior views, signage, vehicles, people, pets, or neighboring areas if they are visible during the shoot. Clients should remove sensitive items and notify occupants or affected parties before the appointment.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry records, project notes, and delivered media for as long as reasonably needed for business operations, client support, portfolio documentation, legal compliance, and recordkeeping. Raw and working files may be deleted according to storage needs unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
8. Choices and privacy requests
You may contact contact@readymadevideo.com to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information where applicable. We may need to verify the request before acting on it, and some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or business reasons.
For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act may provide rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of certain personal information. 9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No website, email system, storage platform, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
